About Me
Indira Fewell, LCSW
Hi! My name is Indira Fewell. I am the managing member of CTCS Therapy, PLLC. I personally assist individuals that feel stuck and desire to step into a different path. I support individuals that are ready to heal, grow, and change from past trauma and other issues. I facilitate individuals wanting to learn ways to cope through mental disorders, life changes, and problems. I support individuals that feel hopeless and worthless and desire to reclaim their joy. I assist individuals through their process of grief, loss or bereavement issues. I am open to understanding, appreciating, and working with diverse individuals without discrimination of their race, ethnicity, national origin, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, marital status, political belief, religion, immigration status, or mental or physical ability. I assist clients towards identifying their maladaptive thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors and exploring alternative adaptive beliefs and ways of thinking and behaving. Additionally, I assist in exploration and identification of the possibility in genetic and biological contributions, past and current realities, cognitive abilities, and one’s unique experiences and memories that could explain reasons for behaviors. I assist in areas where articulating personal goals and providing information are needed. I use a person-in-environment perspective for identifying where a person could be influenced by others and their physical and social environment. I provide a safe and compassionate place where healing, growth, and change can happen. I provide a therapeutic environment where non-judgment, empathy, unconditional positive regard, and congruence exist. I provide a safe environment where mutual respect, acceptance, and trust can be learned, developed and practiced in and out of the therapeutic experience. I provide a person-centered style of counseling to evoke behavioral change by exploring and resolving ambivalence. I provide a multi-dimensional approach when assisting individuals in problem solving. Working with me, you will feel deeply heard, understood and validated.Learn More
